It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide all details necessary for the correct delivery of the parcel. The total cost of re-shipment includes transportation and customs clearance costs. Should alpscigar.com advance payment of transport costs or pay customs duties, the amount advanced will be deducted from the value of the goods.<\/p>\n<h4>ARTICLE 9.4 COMPLAINTS<\/h4>\n<p><strong><u>In the event of a claim, several elements must be provided:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When receiving your parcel, it is imperative that you carry out the following operations in the chronological order described below<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Upon delivery-receipt of the package, photograph the package still sealed (completely closed).<\/li>\n<li>Photograph the points of greatest impact on the delivered package, as well as the documents accompanying the package.<\/li>\n<li>Open the package and photograph the goods inside without handling them.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the goods from the parcel and photograph: all six sides of the box (product), WITHOUT OPENING THE PLASTIC FILM SURROUNDING THE VACUUM-PACKED PRODUCT IT IS IMPERATIVE TO RESPECT THIS POINT, Our level of quality control and cigar protection is one of the highest on the market. This guarantees that all cigars are intact and in perfect condition when they leave the warehouse.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Photograph any parts affected by impacts. The photos must clearly show the defects.<\/li>\n<li>Do not open the hermetically sealed cigar packaging (plastic vacuum bag).<\/li>\n<li>Describe any damage to products in detail.<\/li>\n<li>Send photos of products requesting complaint with order number and delivery date.<\/li>\n<li>The time limit for validating your claim is 24 hours after receipt of your order. After this time, your claim will not be processed and will be considered as validated by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>ARTICLE 10: WARRANTY<\/h4>\n<p>The seller guarantees that the goods are manufactured, inspected and packaged without any material defects. Products must be inspected by the customer on delivery, and any claim or dispute relating to defects and apparent faults must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the order.<\/p>\n<p>Please include photos of the package and a video of the contents after opening.
