Le Caldwell The King Is Dead The Last Payday est enveloppé d’une belle cape Negrito huileuse, c’est un Torpedo. A cru, on est surpris par des senteurs de poivre sec, piquant légèrement le nez. Après un allumage aisé, le 1er tiers dégage de beaux volumes de fumée portant des arômes de cacahuètes, de fruits à coques et de notes florales. Le 2ème et 3ème tiers, offrent un peu plus de puissance et se montrent plus corsés avec des touches épicées, soutenues par des notes de café et de chocolat noir. Un cigare avec un très bon équilibre puissance/saveurs, parfait pour terminer un bon repas.
